The Poverty Bay Murder Case.
( 'lpiiokne, Monday. The man Neave, not O'Neil, died on Saturday from the injuries received. In his dying depositions lie swore positively that Roland shot him and struck bimover the bead with mxu. At the inquest a verdict of Wilful Munier against Boland was returned. Uoiuiid was brought before the Magistrate and remanded till Saturday.
