Lieut Cameron brought forward his notice of motion re uniform as follows:—That the capitation allowance becomes the property ol the company, and that every member on joining the corps shall receive a uniform on payment of live shillings and a subscription of one shilling per mouth until|the uniform is jiaid for by his capitation, when the uniform will become the volunteer s own property and subscriptions will cease." The motion was carried unanimously. It was resolved that the present uniform be adopted with the addition ol helmets until the company is iu a more satisfactory condition. Then a full dress uniform may be obtained.

Resolved that|helmets be procured at once. Resolved that the shooting season should end on the first Saturday in April each year.
