FEATHERSTON ROAD BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD. TO - OTICE ia hereby given that it is the intention of the Festherston Road Board to execute a certain public work, to wit the construction of a toad in the Waipawa Survey District, Awhea subdivision of the Featherston Road District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and for the purposes of such Public Work it is required to take, under the provisions of the “ Public Works Act,” 1882, and any Amqpdroents thereof, the Lands described in the Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby further given that a copy of the plan of the said road, and of the lands so required to be taken, is deposited at the office of the Road Board at Featherston, and is there open for inspection, and notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said Public Work, or by the taking of the said lands, shall, if they have any wellgrounded objection to the execution of the said Public Work, or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the 11th day of March, 1886, to the Featherston Road Board at Featherston.

SCHEDULE. FIRSTLY. All that piece or parcel of Land, being part of Section 156 of Block X, on the plan of the Waipawa Sarny District in tbeFeatberstoo Bead District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement five acres one rod and thirty eight perches, a little more or less, and as more particularly delineated on plan now open for inspection. SECONDLY. Ail that piece or parcel of Land being part of Sections 106 of Block X on plan of the Waipawa Survey Distiict in the Featherstoo Road Board District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement one acre three rood* and thirtytwo perches, a little more or less, and ae more particularly delineated on plan now open for inspection. All that piece or parcel of Land baing part of Seetion 63 of Block XIV, on plan of the Waipawa Survey District in the Featherstoo Road District store said, containing by admeasurement one acre one rood and twenty six perches, a little more or lees, and as more particularly delineated on plan now open fortnapaction.
