Carr’s tender not being received until Saturday morning, which was beyond the time advertised for closing tenders, (he committee resolved to take the next lowest, viz, D. Heagerly, £305 ss. It was resolved that tenders bo called far road formation, bridle track, bosh clearing &c., from Parker's whare to Kaiwhata.
