Postal Notes.

On and after Ist January, I8s(i, the puhlia will be aide tu obtain Postal Notes at any post Oflioo iu the colony. According to the regulations issued, the value of the nolis are fixed at one shilling to twenty shillings The rates at which they are issued are set forth below ;

The notes may be paesed from hand to hand like current coin of the realm, only « receipt has to be giveu at cadi time of pasting and care must be taken to prefuve the notes from defacement or imitation.
