The English Elections.
The English elections are now over. The Conservatives, after all have not gained nearly so muck as had been expected, as the Liberals palled up wonderfully towards the finish. It is very doubtful if the Conservatives will be able to retain office, as counting up all the returns, the Liberals have amajority of votes in the new Parliament.
