To the Editor of the Standard. Sir, —Will you allow mo a small space to reply to a letter which appeared in your issue of 25th inst., signed S. A., the writer wishing to know how the special prize offered for the best collection of fancy work at the Show to be held at Greytown on the 11th December would be awarded. The prize is given for the best collection of fancy work made by exhibitor, and not previously exhibited. This should have been mentioned in catalogue but was omitted by an oversight. 1 am, &c. F. H.
