The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following in a telegram from their London oliice, elated BJth instant: —Wool—Market unchanged. Wheat—The tone of the market is firm ; Adelaide is worth 37a 6d ; New Zealand, average quality, 83s ; and New Zealand, long berried, 35a (id per 4961b, respectively. Tallow—There is a fair trade demand ; good mutton is worth 27s Gd, and good beef 27s per cwt. New Zealand Flax— The market is firm ; tine is worth £25 per ton, and medium and common £2O 10s a id £T:* respectively. Kauri Gum—The demand is merely to satisfy trade requirements. New Zealand Hops—The Home crop is estimated at tOO.OOOcwt ; quotations are unchanged.
