Volunteering.
The Greytown Ride Volunteers commenced their annual class tiring yesterday at Tie P.'.pawai butts, when a squad of twelve ms.libers tired the first two classes, ( J of wh- m were native members of the corps, 11 mJ judging fu>m their scouts, some of them ere doomed, at no very distant Idate, to shim as good shots. The following scores speak for themselves. -
Class firing was continued this morning, and will be this afternoon. Judging distance at fj a m. to-morrow morning for those only who were not in Masterton on 25th May. Class firing to-morrow at 1 p.m. This morning’s practice—
