Things Political.
Political affairs are very quiet at Wellington, by the latest advices. Still there are rumblings which may' possibly presage a coining storm. There is likely to 1m further hostile discussion on the finance proposals of the Government. The Local Government proposals are viewed with hostility in several quarters. Thu Native Lands Disposition Bill will evoke strung opposition. Altogether, the outlook for Ministers is not a pleasant one.
