Keccntly the farce of prosecuting this lunatic was again proceeded with, as he was found by a constable marching off with another tin of kerosene belonging to the same linn. SubInspector Deasy said it would lie necessary to caution the firm to keep their property m iro secure, and not allow access to their premises by thieves of this class. A witness having identified the property, the Bench onee again sent the accused to gaol for three months' hard labor.
