In the House ol Commons last night, Mr Gla istone stated that England and Russia had come to terms with regard to arbitration ou the Afghan Rentier question, and that both countries wore agreed as to who was to bs appointed arbitrator. The Novoc Vremva newspaper publishes a telegram to-day stating that Abdur Rahman Klnn, Ameer of Afghanistan, has been murdered by his suite.
