THE SOUDAN REBELLION.
TASIAI REPORTED DESERTED BT THE ARABS. AN ATTACK ON TEE BRITISH LINES. Suakim, April 7. Spies, who have come in from Tamai, assert that the position has been deserted by Osman Digna and the village burned. April 8. The enemy appeared in the vfeinity of the head quarters camp this morning at an early hour and fired about a hunched shots into tho British lines. Their fire, however, was in effectual, and no casualties occurred to the |roops in camp.
