Owing to a misunderstanding re the Bme of meeting (which as stated in our former report was arranged for ten a.m.i, several Councillors did not arrive until the whole of the orders of the day were disposed of. Conae qaently, as the meeting at about half pa*t eleven although declared adjourned, had not dispersed, it was determined to re-open the deliberations. At this time there were present Crs W. Booth, (chairman), J. Martin, inn.. H. E. Bunny, J. Tally, C. Phillips, A. Matthews H. Braiihwaite. and H. Bunny. Mr King, the engineer, bad arrived and tendered hisrepoits.
