Second Conviction of W. Waring Taylor.
On Friday at the Supreme Court Wellington, W. Waring Taylor was indicted, under the Larceny Act, on a charge of having converted to his own use, with intent to defraud, a turn of L7OO, which had been entrusted to him by James May for investment on first class security, uu 10th September, i->?I. After evidence had been taken the ease was left to tqe jury, who retired fora short time and brought in a verdict of Guilty.
