Good Times Coming.

Good times inevitably come, after a depression, abotrt six months before people know it. A crash comes suddenly. Everyone knows of it. Prices go down with a plunge. But prosperity begins again quietly, here and there. It comes as gradually as the dawn. It comes while most people are still talking depressionmake no mistake about that. The new opportunities come before the majority of business firms are ready for them. The men who are In the best position to take advantage of Better Times are those who have not cried "Woe! Woe!" and cut down their newspaper advertising. They have maintained their chief link with the buying public, and when money begins to move along its accustomed route again it will reach these progressive people first.
