KING COUNTRY PRICES.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Te Kuiti, report having held their fortnightly sale at Otorohaiiga, when a medium entry of fat and store cattl,e sheep, and. pigs were penned, and a good entry of dairy cattle. Prices for dairy •cattle^were easier than rates ruling at late sales. We quote: Medium fat withers ,10s Id, nv.s. hoggets 7s to 8s Sd, s.m. ewes' in la,mb to Romney rams v 7s; fat cows £3 to £4 2s, others £2 to £2 14s, killable cows 30s to 365, boner • cows 10s. to 15s, yearling Jersey heifers 36s to £2 4s, others 20s to 28s, best dairy heifers £6 12s to £B, others. £4 to £5 10s, backward sorts £2 2s to £3 ss, best dairy cows £4 to £5 15s, others' £2 to £3.55, weaner pigs ss, slips 12s 6d to 14s, stores 15s to 21s. TE ANGA SAIiE. Our entry at Te Anga sale yesterday comiphised practically all dairy stock, which met with brisk competition throughout.
