THREE MEN FOR SENTENCE DUNEDIN, Frday. Three men, William Alexander McKenzie, Thomas 'Mills Stewart and. Stewart Walton Muir, were charged in the Police Court to-day before Mr H. W. Bundle S.M., with wilfully setting fire on July. 4 to a shop and dwelling owned by McKenzie. Detective Power stated some part-ly-burned cotton-wool . was found among cinders in the shop. The accused in statements admitted the offence, the object being to obtain insurance moneys.

The pleaded guilty and were committed to the Supreme. Gourt for sentence. * ■&•
