RUSSIAN SEAMAN REMANDED. AUCKLAND, This Day. The Russian seaman who was arrested by Detective Naldler and others in Princes Street, near Government House grounds on Thursday afternoon, George Sarg»iff, alias Sargeeff, aged 42, appeared in the Police Court yesterday morning on a charge of having knowingly in his possession a bomb, with intent to commit a crrime. Sub-Inspector Gibson asked for a week's remand, which the Magistrate, Mr F. K. Hunt, granted. There was no application for bail by accused, who was not represented by counsel.
