In a judgment summons case heard by Mr W. Wilson, S.M., at Hamilton on Tuesday, His Worship not only refused to make an order, but allowed the debtor expenses for appearing. The magistrate pointed out that judgment had been obtained only six weeks ago, and if the creditor had made inquiries he could have ascertained that debtor, since the date of judgment, had not earned sufficient money to pay the debt.
