RECALLED BY ROBERT MONTGOMERY. "Robert Montgomery is scanning the steamer lists of the Los Angeles papers to determine when the Standard Oil tanker Caddo is coming into port. He wants to arrange a dinner /aboard her for some of his film friends. It was on the Caddo that Montgomery worked as a deck hand when his father died and left him broke. Montgomery has just completed work in "The Easiest Way," a new Constance Bennett picture for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.
