HAMILTON SUFFERER FROM INFLUENZA. (Bv Telegraph. Press Association HAMILTON, Wednesday. A foreman baker, Mr George Spark, aged 34, a married man with one child, was found dead in a washhouse at his home in Hunter Street, Hamilton, this afternoon. The shed was locked and the gas had been turned on. At the inquest concerning the death held before Mr Wyvern Wilson, the coroner, this evening, evidence was given that deceased had been suffering from influenza. He left a note indicating his intention to commit suicide. A verdict was returned accordingly.
