WAIPA RUGBY UNION

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETS. A meeting of the management committee of the Waipa Rugby Union, on Wedneday evening was attended by Messrs F. Quin (president), A. J. Shepherd, G. Reynolds, A. A. Reese, A. G. Wood and H T. Haselden (secretary). An apology for absence was received from Mr J. Williams. The secretary reported, that the Waikato Union had deputed Messrs Yardley and Chapman to confer with representatives of both Cambridge and Waipa Unions at Te Awamutu in the matter of the proposal from Cam- ' bridge for altering the union’s boundary in the Kaipaki district. They ' were to report the result to the Waikato Union.—lt was decided to convene the conference for Saturday, 21st inst. It was decided to hold the annual meeting on Wednesday, April Bth. A motion of sympathy with Messrs Reese and Haselden in their respective bereavements was carried in the usual ; manner.
