OTOROHANGA NEWS

ITEMS OF INTEREST. (Our Resident Reporter.) Yesterday afternoon, whilst a youth of 18 years, David Campbell, of Kbrakonui, was travelling along the main highway la few miles southward of Otorohanga, he collided with a motor vehicle, and suffered a bad fracture of an arm, as well as very severe bruises and cuts about the head. Dr Gilberd was quickly in attendance and the injured youth was taken to Waikato Hospital. Young Campbell is employed on his father's farm and had just started on a week's holiday with his brother, which they had proposed spending in Taranaki.
