MR WILKINSON'S VIEW. NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. In the con'rse of his address, at Inaha last night, Mr C. A. Wilkinson, independent candidate, who is opposed to the Minister of Agriculture m the Egmont electorate, said:—'•'Today there is no party in the field to whose policy I can altogether subscribe. I cannot wholly subscribe tb the policy of the United Party or to any policy of wholesale borrowing as v announced by Sir Joseph Ward."
