At Trentham to-day the Talavera Hurdles resulted :-r-Kaikahu .1, Potoamii 2, -Aberfeldy 3. Won by two A fire occurred at Invercargill this morning in Reid and Gray's two-stor-eyed brick premises in Dee Street, causing heavy damage. It is supposed origin was in the battery,department and spread through the whole rear of the building, including the implement department, but the front portion was saved. A large quantity, of machinery and two motor oafs were completely destroyed. The loss is covered by insurance.
