SHIPMENTS OF MEAT FROM SOUTH AMERICA. The New Zealand' Mea Producers Board has received ia cable from its representative/ at Buenos Aires, South America .advising the: following shipments to the United Kiingdom for the fortnight eiided 14th October 1926, from Argentine and Uruguay:— 198,250 quarters chilled beef, 12,374 quarters frozen beef, 30,885 carcases frozen mutton 32.780 carcases frozen lamb. The quantity shipped to the Continent of Europe during the same period t0ta11ed:—79,573 quarters frozen beef and 5,795 carcases frozen mutton.
