A mixed train laslt evening at Kauri sfriick a Jiggefr ridden by Arthur Hatley, off Papakura, a bridge inspector. Hktley managed to jump clear, Wutt the jigger was thrown on .top of him, injuring his Heft side and lacerating a kidney. Hatley is now in Whangarei Hbspltal. .
