'Dairy companies, according to another clause, may not describe themselves as “co-operative ” unless they are actually so, and the. registrar of companies is authorised to take steps to effect a change of name where there are non-co-operative companies now describing themselves afe “ co-operat-ive.” The export provision that butter shall not contain an excess of water is to be extended, by adding the words, “ or less than 80 per cent of butterfat.”
