Sir—Referring to the letter in last Tuesday's issue of the Waipa Post advocating rating on unimproved value of land, and, signed " Ratepayer, Hairini," I would just like to state that I certainly think it full time, so far as the county of Waipa is concerned, at any rate, that we made a radical and immediate change in the system of voting; and, I think that if the matter was brought fairly under the notice of all ratepayers in the county there would be no question as to which way the vote would go.—l am, etc., 'GEORGE HALL.
