OBITUARY

MRS MARY ANN BROWN. The death occurred on Thursday morning of Mrs Mary Ann Brown, in her eighty-third year. The deceased lady came from Kitchen, England, sixteen years ago. and had lived in Kihikihi ever since. Until two years ago Mrs Brown was a Istaunch and active member of the Church of England, and also took great interest in undenominational Sunday school work, until failing health compelled her retirement. 'Her husband is organist at the 'Church of England, and he, will receive the deepest sympathy of the people of the district in his bereavement. The funeral took place to-day, the burial service being read by the Rev G. T. Robson.
