MARGOT AS FILM STAR

Within a short time the Countess of Oxford may be appearing as a film "star” (states the Westminster Gazette). At her town residence in Bedford Square, where preparations were being made for a kinema soiree to be held there by her recently, Mr Wid.gey R. Newman, England’s youngest film producer, told a Westminster Gazette representative that, although the 'Countess had not given a definite promise to accept his offer he was very hopeful she would undertake to play the leading part, specially written for her, in “Studies in Psychology,” a British picture which he intended to produce in the summer.
