WHICH IS THE TERMINAL POINT?

The cooks and' stewards of the Moeraki brought a claim into the Arbitration Court that Wellington was the terminal port of the steamer's run from Melbourne, and that they were therefore entitled to an eight-hours day on days following her arrival. The Union Company contended, that the steamer was cleared from Melbourne for Bluff, and that the Latter was the terminal port. Decision was reserved.
