The Alliance of Labour, to whom the dispute was referred by the seamen on Friday last, has advised the men to return to the 9hips. The recommendations of the Alliance were agreed to by a meeting of seamen,in Wellington yesterday and they have now been telegraphed to other parts of the Dominion.
