George Alfred Curtis, who was arrested late this morning, was charged at the Police Court this afternoon with publishing a double chart on the Alexandra Handicap and Manukau Handicap at the recent Auckland trots. Accused, who was represented by Mr Fennel, was remanded until to-day week.
