MISAPPROPRIATION.
... TRUSTEE PLEADS GUILTY. .. (By Telegraph—Press Association). DUNEDIN, Friday. A man named Hodges, from Invercargill, was charged in the Magistrate's Court with having as trustee «f the estate of the late Dr Hodges, f Port Chalmers, converted £2369 to P own use. Accused pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
