BOY SCOUTS.
SUCCESSFUL SPORTS GATHERING. IN ALBERT PARK. That many people are well disposed towards the Scout movement was manifested by the large attnedance present yesterday at the Albert Park, the local organisation held its UTual sports meeting. The promoters headed by Mr Westbury the Scoutmaster, worked with a will to keep the interest from flagging, and running events and a variety of competitions were arranged with a speed and regularity that was commendable in the extreme. Some of the events provided very exciting contests, and when the day's sport was over patrons must have been pleased with the entertainment provided. While we cannot give a complete list of results of all the events the following is indicative of the quality of the programme:— , Three legged race (gins): L. Martow and M. Morrow 1, B.
