A THAMES VALLEY DISPUTE. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Friday. Judgment was given by Mr Justice Stringer at the Supreme Court this morning in an action brought by Francis Dalrymple limes (Mr Anderson) against the chairman and councillors of the Piako County. The case was heard in Hamilton. Plaintiff sought to recover the sum of £ISOB 16s, being the balance alleged to be due in respect of stone which he had quarried and delivered to the County Council. Also the sum of £436 14r damages for alleged wrongful rejection of the stone and profits thereon. CounseJ_ denied that there was any contract between the parties. His Honour entered judgment, nonsuiting plaintiff with costs against him.
