Teasdale Settlement, and all the land in Memorandum of Mortgage registered number 117440. The property will be sold subject to a first mortgage of £2OOO to Matilda Sainty, which is now overdue, bearing interest at 8£ per cent (reducible to 7?; per cent if paid within 21 days of due dates), and also to Section 60 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912.
