JT IS NOTIFIED for public information that important reductions have been made in the commission charged by the Public Trustee for the administration of Estates. Commission on the capital of Estates when realised is now charged according to the following scale: On the first £SOOO, 21 per cent. On the next £SOOO, 11 per cent. On the next £40,000, 1 per cent. On excess of £50,000, i* per cent. As an exception to this scale the charge on certain estates of not more than £IOOO in value is— On the first £4OO, 5 per cent. On balance, 21 per cent. Income Charges: The commission charged on rent or on interest or mortgages has been reduced from 5 per cent to per cent on amounts in excess of £SOO per annum. The concessions apply to estates under administration by the Public Trustee on the Ist April, 1923, and on estates accepted after that date. NOTICE OF POLL* OF SUPPLIERS. is hereby given that a poll of all suppliers to Dairy Factories is to be taken under the provisions of tlhe Dairy Produce Export Control Act, 1923. Secretaries or owners of dairy companies have been requested to prepare lists of suppliers to their factories, and forward same to me. These lists when prepared will form the roll of voters. Every supplier of milk or cream to any Dairy Factory should immediately communicate with the secretary or owner of the company operating it and satisfy himself that his name is placed on the list of suppliers.
