The young Maori, Rutene Topi, who some time back was acquitted of the murder of Paul Zambucka at the Motu river, was arrested by the local police at Maraenui yesterday, and brought to Opotiki. He was charged this morning with unlawful carnal knowledge and was remanded for a week.
