CHARGES OF FORGERY.
MAN COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE,
(By Telegraph. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday.
William Richard Thomas, aged 23 years, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate’s Court to eleven charges of forgery of certificates for concessions on the railway between Wellington and Petone. In filling in a form he stated that he was under 21 years of age. The amount involved was £5 12s 6d. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
