Calfskin® are giving a much better Return this season than has been the case for some time past. On Tuesday close upon 200 skins were disposed of by Waitoa dairymen at figures ranging up ;to 6s 6d per skin. The buyer was ready and willing to buy practically any quantity of calfskins at thowe prices.
The term *' service patient" as described to the Waikato Hospital Boarll by a circular from the Direc-tor-General of Health, "is an exmember of the N.'Z.E.P., who suffers a disability which in the opinion of the Director-General of Medical Services: is due to or has been aggravated by his service as a member of the N.Z.E.F., and will be granted treatment -as a charge against the State on account of that disability."
