OBITUARY.
MR A. C. GOODERSON. There pasteed away on Friday last at Matiere a much-respected settler in the person of Mr Arthur Charles Gooderson, who for some years was a builder and carpenter at Kihikihi, and latterly was a farmer at Runciman and Pukeatua. The deceased, who was only 40 years of age, recently took up his residence at Otorohanga with his 1 wife and family, and was on a visit to his brother-in-law, Dr. Campbell Jenkins at Matiere, when he passed away suddenly. The late Mr Gooderson was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends. Much sympathy is extended to his wife, who isf left with four children. the eldest being eleven years of age.
