ADVERTISEMENTS and other matter for publication must be handed in not later than 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. ACCOUNTS— Casual Advertisements are debited monthly. Standing Contract Advertisements and Subscriptions are debited quarterly. DISCOUNTS.—No Discount allowed on any account under £1 or any ac- - count paid after the due date. Advertising accounts are otherwise subject to a discount of $ per cent for in-advance payments and 2J per cent on monthly accounts. All subscription accounts are net. The right is reserved by the proprietors to refuse insertion of any advertisement, or any one of a series, and such rejection shall not be held to in any way cancel the termß of contract. Advertisements will be displayed only in accordance with the style adopted by the paper. / Bpace cannot be accumulated by omitting advertisements on one or more days with a view to using the space thus aggregated for bigger display advertisements on a less number 6f days.
