ADVERTISEMENTS and other matter for publication must be handed in not later than 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. ACCOUNTS.—CasuaI Advertisements are debited monthly. Standing Contract Advertisements and Subscriptions are debited quarterly. DISCOUNTS.—No Discount allowed on any account under £1 or any account paid after the due date. Advertising accounts are otherwise subject to a discount of 5 per cent for in-advance payments and 2J per cent on monthly accounts. All subscription accounts are net. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be directed to the office of The Waipa Post. Whilst all care will be exercised in any matter arising out of these replies, no responsibility is undertaken by the management.

SUBSCRIPTION RATES. Delivered, per quarter, 4s 6d cash; 5s 6d booked. Posted, per quarter, 6s 3d cash; 7s 6d booked. i BUSINESS WANTBDS. General Business Notices, Local Body Notices t» Land Agents, etc.—4s Not exceeding 24 words, one month, 10s; three months, 255; six months, 455; twelve months, 80s (classified). Insets, Programmes, and General Trade Circulars may be insetted by arrangement. If printed at our works, 7s 6d per one thousand; otherwise, 15s per one thousand (minimum rate).

CONTRACT CONDITIONS. All Contracts shall stand until such time as countermanded in writing. In the event of any arrangement being agreed upon to terminate any contract before the full term has expired the charges will be so amended for the lesser period. Advertising blocks or stereos lent for use in advertisements are accepted on the understanding that the proprietors shall not be called upon to replace or pay compensation for same in the event of their being injured by accident. Auction Sales—4s per inch per issue. Announcements, Tenders, Straying on Property, Notices to Trespassers. per inch per issue. The right is reserved by the proprietors to refuse insertion of any advertisement, or any one of a series, and such rejection shall not be held to in any way cancel the terms of contract. Advertisements will be displayed only in accordance with the style adopted by the paper. Space cannot be accumulated by omitting advertisements on one or more days with a view to using the space thus aggregated for bigger display advertisements on a less number of days. The proprietors reserve the right to suspend or cancel the contract without notice in event of the advertiser failing to comply with the agreement respecting payments and without prejudice to any of their rights.

Theatrical Notices—4s per ineh per issue. REPLACES. Replace advertisements must be handed in not later than 3 o’dlock on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons.
