Public Notices. WAIKATO HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE AID BOARD. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEVY A RATE. THE Valuer-feeneral hereby notifies that after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of this notice' it is his intention to levy, under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1908, and its amendments, and* the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, a rate Of one-fourth of a penny in the £ on all ratable property situated in that portion of the Waikato Hospital and Charitable Aid District -that is within the East and part West Taupo Counties, such rate to be for ,the period commencing on the first day of April, 1920,-and ending on the 31st day of March, 1921, and to ibe payable in one sum on Ist .December, 1920, to the Secretary of the Waikato Hospital and Charitable Aid Board at Hamilton.
