PUKE BRIDGE FATALITY.

A CHARGE DISMISSED. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) PAEROA, Friday. The charge against John Rush in connection with the Puke bridge fatality on sth March last, when two men—Henry Stockley and C. Walker —were drowned owing to their motor car falling into the river, was concluded yesterday. The presiding justices, after a short retirement, dismissed the charge on the ground that there was no prima facie case against the accused.
