At about a quarter to six the other evening two motor cars traveller through the main street at Cam- ► bridge, reports the Independent, at a pace that can only he described as “hellish.” Although it was dark, the cars did not slacken pace when passing through the business portion of the street, the drivers were evidently prepared' to take all the chances of dealing death and destruction to any who crossed their path.
