Charges connected with new contracts will be adjusted to the nearest quarter day and charged quarterly thereafter. DISCOUNTS.: No discount will be allowed on any account under £1 or on any account paid after the due date. Advertising accounts are otherwise subject to a discount of 5% for "in advance" payments, and 2%% on monthly accounts. All subscription accounts are nett. OFFICE HOURS.
